Peter and his team at Diagnotech are amazing! Trustworthy, quick and professional service at my every need. Finally found a mechanic that I can trust and am confident that will always take good care of me!

Over 10 years and 5 vehicles later my family and I are still going to Peter and his team, for all our maintenance and repairs. They have truly proven themselves and they run exactly the kind of family-owned business everyone looks for and asks around for in their community. They are friendly, honest, professional, stay within their quoted estimates, stay on top of communication, charge fairly, answer questions directly, make important recommendations without up-selling, and deliver excellent service in a timely manner. Basically, they are how you would imagine a friendly and reliable car shop to be.

There are a ton of shops out there that can do an oil change and tire swap, but these guys are much more than just that. Peter and his team are extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and don’t break the bank. They’re able to diagnose issues and don’t try to push upsells when they’re not required. You can tell they’re honest and are proud of their reputation that they’ve earned. Anna is fantastic to deal with as well, super customer service oriented and just overall very positive.Apart from bodywork they can do everything vehicle related which is a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend checking these guys out especially if you drive a Euro vehicle.

Another great experience at Diagnotech! I had an oil change done at another outfit which are proficient, but again Peter and his crew outshined. The other garage was unable to access the real problem and figured it could be a transmission issue, but couldn't be certain. With Anna at the helm understanding my concerns they did their investigation and found it was another problem other than the transmission. I asked what was the damage for their trouble seeing that the other garage presumed it was a transmission! They were extremely understanding. Their attention to detail and customer service is beyond 5 stars, especially this being my first return visit since the transmission installation September 2020 before lockdown!". 100% recommended. 5 years and counting, I've never needed to go anywhere else. Peter, Anna and Jake are highly recommended. They've been great at providing a no-fuss, no-BS, high quality service. Always recommend the right level of service with no hidden charges.They've been so good with my BMW, that I now have 3 more family members looking to have their cars serviced here exclusively.

Took my truck to get checked at Diagnotech, because the dealership was scamming me. Couldn't be more pleased dealing with everyone at Diagnotech. Staff was pleasant right off the bat on the phone. I really appreciate that they followed up with me to let me know the issue, and cost of parts before moving forward. Alot of places now days don't even do that. This is the only shop I trust with my vehicles. No job is too small or to big. They are more of magicians than mechanics. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Their professionalism and client care is far beyond any other mechanic shop I've been to. Highly recommended.

Amazing shop and mechanics!! I was having issues in the differential on my F-150 and took it to other 2 shops, after spending over $1500 they couldn't not figure it out!I was told Peter could help me, I visited the shop, Anna and all the mechanics were very helpful. They asked me to leave the truck and after 2 days, my truck was like new again and they they able t fix it with very little cost!! Their mechanics are some of the best in the area, very very knowledgeable and know their stuff!! highly recommended

Best place in Mississauga. Anna is truly aGem, she has incredible knowledge. Very uncommon for a female. Great prices.
